·              Manage 33 projects totaling $85M for Substation, Communication and Microwave projects assigned relating to power substations, communications, relay and transmission stations.

·              Build and manage detail and high level schedules using Primavera 6 v7.

·              Maintain, create and administer coding, structures, baselines, resources within project activities. Schedules consist of 80 to 300 activities.

·              Use of SAP for project costs, budget tracking, monthly forecasts, accrual reporting and analysis. Build; create user fields to manage project actuals and forecasting financial modeling. Created financial audit controls checklist for financial modeling analysis of the gross and net costs.

·              Manage project budgets, cost estimates, change control, funding limits and increases within financial and accounting budgets.

·              Interface with Engineering on design changes and procurement items.

·              Update monthly forecasts at the purchase order level on 21 projects. Maintain financial dash board models with 21 projects. Analyze and give input on budget differences of forecast threshold limits monthly. Review contractor’s schedule of values and SAP data and accruals by PO and order number monthly to ensure all estimated actual costs are captured accurately.

·              Create cost/financial metrics models as needed to capture budget allocations and expenses. Analyze budget is being spent to plan, use of Earned Value Management with costs and schedule.

·              Maintain dashboard reports which summarize project cost and schedule health of each project that I manage.

·              Direct support to two Project Managers, in addition support Engineering, Directors and Managers with project controls applications.

·              Backup up for two Project Managers and direct the 21 projects when they are out of the office. Run project meetings; write project plans, cost/schedule variance and budget analysis narratives and explanations for upper management with PacifiCorp and Rocky Mountain President, Vice Presidents and Directors.
